Using Honey with ACV
by Pam

I'm new to the Honey News Letters but I've been using just regular store bought honey for years. In hot water with lemon and whiskey as a cold remedy since I was a child.
My mom would mix up a "light" cup when I suffered from asthma. Anyway in this last letter I read about someone using honey for ACV and I do not know what that means.
I have also tried the honey, cinnamon and warm milk to aid in sleep and it does work.
I will continue to read and learn. Thank you for your wonderful newsletters.
Sincerely,
Pam (Tracy, CA)
Jan's ReplyHello Pam and thank you for your question which I am happy to explain to you.
ACV is just an abreviation of Apple Cider Vinegar. It is a wonderful natural substance that many use with their honey to help with many everyday ailments.
It is great for adding to salad dressings, helps yeast infections, boosts your immune system and even helps you lose weight.
Another great thing about ACV is its ability to help with cramps and relieve certain symptoms associated with some forms of athritis.
Here is a quick link for you which will explain all of these facts for you in more detail.
Apple Cider Vinegar and HoneyYour mom certainly knew what she was doing giving you honey and lemon as a child, this is a wonderful combination for all kinds of cough, cold, flu and even asthma symptoms.
And the honey and cinnamon taken with warm milk does indeed help you to drift off peacefully when drunk at bedtime.
I am very happy that you enjoy receiving and reading my newsletters; keep on taking the honey honey.
Warm Regards
Jan
