Royal jelly or Multivitamins

Royal Jelly

Royal Jelly

I have been taking royal jelly for a couple of months, and stopped taking multivitamins in that time period.

It looks like royal jelly has just as much in it as a good multivitamin. My question is could I just take the royal jelly instead?

Thank you
James

Hello James, great question and I personally am with you on the going natural. Goodness knows what those botles of multivitamins contain! They are usually made from ingredients most of us can't even pronounce so why would we want them in our bodies.

I am not a doctor, I am just very strongly in favor of everything natural and Royal Jelly is an excellent choice.

In its most active ingredient, acetylcholine, it contains 17 different amino acids, lipids, protein, carbohydrates and aspartic acid, which is commonly used to treat symptoms of chronic fatigue.

Other compounds found in royal jelly make it a rich source of B vitamins, vitamin C, folic acid, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid and inositol.

I see no problem with you just using Royal Jelly along with a healthy diet and honey of course.

Warm Regards
Jan
