Mixing Honey and Cinnamon Together Early

Is it okay to mix honey and cinnamon together and leave in a container?

Or would this kill the honey?

Is it better to mix fresh then drink.

Dyann, mixing honey and cinnamon together and leaving in a container will not kill the honey.

You can if you prefer, mix it together in the morning and leave in the fridge for a refreshing drink and an instant power boost throughout the day.

I mix my own and take it out with me to sip when I wish to but it is nicer chilled.

You have nothing to fear mixing it early in the morning.
