Honey and Cinnamon will
Help You with Menopause Symptoms

menopause-symptoms

Which Lady Would You Rather Be?

Menopause symptoms can be very hard to deal with; they can really get you down.

The symptoms of which I have also experienced, however, I believe I have managed to control mine extremely well because of the amount of healthy honey I use in my own diet, along with the benefits of cinnamon.

The sometimes dreadful changes menopause symptoms us poor women have no control over, include the hot flushes and night sweats that men (lucky things) will never have to experience.

Hopefully the man in your life will be understandable to these hormonal changes which are or will or could at some point affect you. Honey and cinnamon will help you cope.

The menopause is a natural occurrence in every woman’s body and usually takes place between your mid-40s to mid-50s although there is no set time.

It merely means your body is stopping the production of eggs in the ovaries.

This can all take time and you will probably experience loss of periods, spasmodic periods, heavy periods and clotting too.

Our bodies are incredible machines and all of the above just means that yours is working correctly.

To optimize our bodies we should really eat more honey.

There are those who swear by the use of HRT for menopause symptoms but there are also many of us who cannot for one reason or another take this supplement and would prefer to use the medicine nature has designed for us, like honey and cinnamon.

Many of the symptoms of menopause can be controlled making for an easier transition for our body.

We can use honey and cinnamon in our daily diets to keep menopausal symptoms to a minimum or even stop them by sipping on a mixture we can make up daily and leave in the fridge.

It’s very refreshing and makes a change from the usual tea or coffee.

A jug of spring water, around a litre is just fine simmered with a cinnamon stick and when cooled you will add two big dollops of good honey, a dash of lemon juice too if you like to make a refreshing drink.

Leave this in the fridge to work its magic and drink it throughout the day, it really will help.

Alternatively if you prefer to drink it hot please don’t add the honey until the mixture has cooled a little as this will spoil the nutrients that are in honey.

Also don't overdo the cinnamon as this is very potent.

One stick or one teaspoon a day is all you will need. You can safely eat 3 - 4 large spoonfulls of honey a day.

Always buy a very good honey, none of those fake pretty things we often see on the shelves, they will do you no good at all and will not give you any of the benefits of honey.

Try Raw Honey

Or

Organic Honey

The benefits of cinnamon include its ability to normalise our blood supply by increasing the process of sugar in our systems by 2000%.

Adding cinnamon to your diet with the benefits of honey will also slow your aging process, help with obesity and help to ward off diabetes.

Gosh, isn't nature a wonderful thing!

This combination of honey and cinnamon will work in the same area by helping to stabilise the blood flow and strengthen your internal organs.

Honey and cinnamon cures are methods used frequently to help womanly problems in many countries.

You may find that the onset of the menopause will make you feel a little depressed, this doesn’t always happen as we are all unique.

Please don’t worry if this happens to you, again it is quite normal but the benefits of honey will help you there too. Honey has a very calming effect and will produce a feeling of well-being.

All in all you will get through menopause symptoms with support from your loved ones and and the benefits of cinnamon and honey.
