Is it Possible to Consume Too Much
Apple Cider Vinegar?

by Rich

Is it too much to drink a litre of water mixed with ACV and honey throughout the day and two warm drinks of water with ACV and honey twice a day?

Is it possible to over do it and cause more damage than to correct the medical issues?

Thank for your answers and your web site.

Hi Rich,

Thank you for your interesting question which is one I'm sure a few other people would like the answer to.

Too much of a good thing is the tip to remember here. There is no need for you to swallow more than one to two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar more than once each day.

Always dilute it with water and of course honey to sweeten because unless you actually enjoy the taste, which most people don't, the honey will also help to improve your health.

Drinking it on its own can irritate the stomach lining.

One of the best reasons to make and swallow this drink is it has the ability to increase Potassium into your system.

Potassium is an extremely important mineral which most of us are deficient of, this is just as important as getting enough calcium.

Drinking just the one to two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar each day will boost your Potassium intake, it is a great choice for helping to optimize your health. So there would be no added benefits from drinking more.

Warm Regards
Jan
