Firstly let me say that
honey is good for you, however, it must be a good quality honey as I always state on my website.
I also state that I am not a doctor and you should go back and discuss your painful condition with your own doctor if your prescribed medicine is not working.
The medical benefits of honey are immense and one thing Dr Peter Molan discovered over his thirty + years of research is that
Manuka Honey of a grade higher than 20+ is very effective at treating and preventing stomach ulcers which are usually caused by h. pylori (helicobacter pylori), the bacteria which are the cause them.
Certainly eating two to three good spoonfuls of this honey or local
raw honey, completely natural, will help to calm down any inflamation residing in your stomach area and there is every chance it will heal up that ulcer which is causing you so much discomfort.
You will also discover that your overall health will improve. Please don't give honey to your children until they are at least a year old,
honey and babies just don't mix, not that there is anything wrong with it, its just better to be safe and follow medical guidlines.
If you would like to know why honey is good for you the fore mentioned article explains this in far more detail.
I do hope you feel better soon and please let us know how you get on.
Warm Regards
Jan
