How much Honey and Cinnamon do I need to take before I conceive?

by Cheryl
(South Africa)

I had my tubes unblocked in August, and the Dr put me on clomid, which i took for two months and broke out into an allergy. I stopped it,and took fertility blend for a month.

I read about honey and cinnamon on your site, and have been on it for a few days now. I've been trying for a baby for the past two years now, and am at the stage of frustration.

How much honey and cinnamon do i need to take before I conceive? I'm 44 yrs old.
Many thanks
Cheryl

Hello Cheryl

Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you and like so many others you are having trouble conceiving.

I am not, as I often state on my website, a medical professional, however I will help you as best I can.

Honey and cinnamon are used frequently and have been for hundreds of years to help women who find it difficult to conceive. But there is not a magic number of days, weeks or months of when this could work.

Honey and cinnamon are recommended to be made into a paste and rubbed onto your gums. This helps to stabalise your immune system and boost your blood flow around your body including your reproductive organs.

Ideally you should do everything to optimize your body like eating a good healthy and balanced diet, lots of gentle excersise such as walking and plenty of fresh air so that your body absorbs plenty of Vitamin D from the sun.

You are obviously consulting with your doctor who is trying everything it seems to help you. Please follow his/her advice, they are the experts.

My friend had a similar problem and she did everything she could to optimize her own body including taken supplements such as Folic Acid. She now has a bouncing baby boy.

Honey as we know is a superb sugar substitute so cutting out refined sugars and sugar substitutes from your diet is a good start.

Cinnamon is a very effective natural stimulant, however, this must never exceed more than a small teaspoon each day because this is considered dangerous.

I suggest rubbing the paste into your gums, optimize your health and body and try to relax more.

For some reason as many women will tell you, you can try too hard and if you are in a state of worry this can have an affect on your ability to conceive.

I wish you luck Cheryl and please let us know when you hear the good news which is very possible.
