Honey and Cinnamon Cures for Healing Burns and Scars

skin burns

Honey and Cinnamon cures for skin burns, steam burns and scalds!

Ouch, you know the kind where your skin burns on the oven or you scald yourself with steam from the kettle!

Ooooooo those steam burns, they hurt so much don't they?

Now first of all it’s very important to stop the burning process by immersing the burn in cold water for at least 10 minutes.

This will stop any further skin tissue damage. Skin can carry on burning for another 10 minutes after the original wound occured.

Honey is wonderful at healing burns and usually with no scars.

Please take a look at medical benefits of honey to see how honey is used on burn victims.

Either allow cold water to flow gently over the burn wound or if possible put the burned skin area in a bowl of cold water.

Have two bowls ready so that you can switch from one to the other as the temperature of your body turns the water warmer. Once you feel the skin burning has stopped pat it dry very gently with a paper towel.

This is best because it is unlikely to be contaminated then dress and cover the burn wound with a raw honey or alternatively a good organic honey and cinnamon cure paste.

Don’t overdo the cinnamon, 3 parts honey to 1 part cinnamon.

The honey will reduce the swelling and inflammation considerably, quickly speeding up the healing process.

Use this over the next few days and result? You will never know you had the skin burn in the first place.

A fantastic bonus for using honey and cinnamon is no scars!

Deep scars such as operation scars and stretch marks will of course unfortunately always remain however, the healing powers of honey and cinnamon will help them fade considerably over time.

Keep using the paste and you will eventually see a difference.
