I started this website essentially to promote the health benefits of honey and bring a little more awareness about how essential honey bees are to our very survival and spread the honey facts I have learned over many a year. It is great fun writing this site and even though I thought I was quite the expert I have learned new honey facts each day including some kinds of honey that even I was unaware of. I have had some super contributions from some of my readers who always write such lovely interesting material. The honey recipes I have received are truly mouthwatering, you really must try them! Perhaps you have a favourite honey recipe of your own you would like to contribute?
