Breaking News for Healing Cuts
This is Bad News for Skin Cracks!
Blitz those Cuts and Grazes

Healing Cuts

Healing cuts, what’s the best way to heal our skin cracks? Cuts and grazes are forever happening and when they do they not only hurt and drive us mad but we can never be sure of the best way to treat them ~ Here's How.

I always reach for a jar of medicinal honey because healing honey is an effective healer for all types of wounds and skin infections.

It is important when healing cuts to provide a protective coating as this helps to keep germs and bacteria at bay giving the skin a better and quicker chance to heal, lessening the chance of an infection creeping in.

It is not often I come across a product with enough healing honey added to the ingredients to make it an effective healer; they are usually packed with chemicals of some description.

However, I have discovered a purely natural product invented by a man called Jackson who was plagued with skin cracks due to his type of work and he has developed and patented an amazing product for healing cuts using amongst other things "Honey and Beeswax".

I contacted him, we exchanged a few emails and I am delighted to tell you he agreed to write me an exclusive article explaining his invention.

With the introduction to Jackson made and honoring his request below, please read what he has to tell you, give his product a try and maybe if you have used it you would consider sending in an article to share with us and tell us how useful it was for healing cuts.

Here's that article about healing cuts which you (www.health-benefits-of-honey.com) are expressly, and only, permitted to publish on your website, giving me, the author, full credit for its origin.

The Apian Way to Zapping
Your Painful Skin Cracks
- Lets Here it for Honey and Beeswax

Appius Claudius Caecus, who inaugurated the building of the Roman Appian Way, would turn over in his grave if he saw that 'mis-spelled' headline!

But, pun aside, the Romans knew of the considerable value of beeswax and honey for healing skin care by way of their special properties...but first, let's zoom ahead to at least the 20th Century and the beginning of my own search for repair of, relief of, and 'good riddance' to: deep, painful, sometimes bleeding skin cracks on my fingers, thumbs, and even cracked heels...

..I had moved from the surf and beaches of South Laguna and Southern California to Telluride, SW Colorado about 30 years ago. Much drier climate... and in Winter, when the temperature falls below freezing, even minus, the moisture in the air is locked up in snow and ice for the most part.

(Skin must rely only on internal moisturizing, that diminishes with maturity.) But I enjoyed this rural lifestyle, building things, cutting and splitting firewood, generally spending plenty of time in the surrounding beauty of rich azure sky punctuated by snow capped mountains so torn and cracked along their summits that they reminded me of the jumbled triangular points lining the top of an Iguana's tail.

All travelogue aside, as I got older especially, the skin on my fingertips and thumbs got worn and dry and began painfully cracking.

There were times I had cracks, bleeding cracks, down the middle of my thumbs, and when I tried to do some common task, like unscrew a bottle cap, or even try to write a note with a pen, the pain was extremely uncomfortable.

How could a crack so small hurt so bad! And most my friends experienced the very same thing. I, of course, tried creams, lip balm, bag balm, whatever...but the momentary relief seemed to 'go up in smoke'.

It didn't last at all and required constant, inconvenient application of the too thin hand cream that, as I later discovered, contained alcohols that 'erased' the cream and it's temporary effects in minutes, and most likely contributed more dryness in the process!

Being my own mechanic (another hard on fingers activity), I discovered a lubricant stick for door latches in the local auto parts store.

It was much softer than paraffin, but much thicker than lip balm. And, I just happened to have one of my chronic skin cracks. I gave it a try - it filled the crack, which stopped the drying air from painfully shrinking the sides of the crack. Alright! I was getting somewhere.

I actually used this for years, and it was a kind of 'secret' I only let a few friends in on, as I didn't want this old fashioned, obsolete display card of lubricant sticks to disappear off the wall of the old parts store, where it had been gathering dust.

But that's exactly what happened! - they went out of business...no more lubricant stick. When I found that out, I researched online to see if I could get the formula, maybe license it's use inexpensively and produce it.

Way before I got to the company, I discovered that the petroleum based products in the lubricant stick were toxic. This happened to be a University study I stumbled on...Now I really felt stumped and out of luck...but I didn't give up...I coudn't afford to!

Some of my friends tried super glue and thought that was a solution. It stung, for one thing. I didn't need more pain, I needed relief from the get go.

I also made up my mind that I was NOT going to use toxic materials, especially on bleeding cracks - I didn't want those chemicals in my body anymore!

I spent more time researching natural skin care. I found home made balms and creams made from Beeswax and Olive Oil. As well, I discovered honey and the extensive literature regarding its medicinal qualities and 'friendliness' to wounds, known from the time of the Roman's great highway, and before!

Hmmm. I set up a little lab in my kitchen, got a double boiler, got cosmetic grade Beeswax, Honey, Olive Oil, and assembled a group of 'healing' oils, including a natural preservative, and went to work.

Long story short, I developed an all season, all natural, THICK, skin crack 'zapper', and put it in lip balm tubes. Huh? That's 'cause us guys will carry lip balm tubes, but not jars and tubes of balm and creams.

You see, I knew that I would need to apply my balm a few times a day, at least morning, noon, and night. Cracked fingers were such a detriment to my carpentry and remodel work, that I HAD to get this problem taken care of and was willing to make multiple applications through out the day.

My friends loved it, too. Because it ACTUALLY WORKS! I don't get those painful cracks anymore...I learned to be more sensitive to my finger tips and thumbs, and whenever I feel dryness, or stiffening skin even, I whip out my tube of CrackZapIt!, the actual name of my now highly successful commercial version, and rub some on. Persistence paid off, finally, so to speak. {;^)

Every person who uses their hands to garden, give nursing and medical care, make and teach Art, do Ceramics (constant wetting and drying of the skin for all those folks), mechanic, build, model, make stringed instrument music, fabricate jewelry or weld metal, climb rocks and mountains, or likes to go barefoot or habitually wear sandals (cracked heels are also quite painful!), now has the answer to their skin cracking problem! Thanks to God, Bees, Beeswax, and Honey in the form of CrackZapIt! The 'Apian Way'!

Jackson Ordean spent some years researching and experimenting with natural ingredients to find a truly effective combination to apply to severely cracked, dry skin he experienced in his varied careers as a ceramic potter, artist, Art teacher, carpenter, tile layer, contractor, automotive hobbyist, model maker, gardner...'you-name-it hands on guy'.

He succeeded not only in 'zapping' his own painful skin cracks, but now 1000s enjoy the fruits of his success: CrackZapIt!, available to all through distributors found on his website, http://www.crackzapit.com
