Benefits of eating honey in your daily diet especially the honey diet are just one of the benefits of honey.



There are numerous anecdotes of eating honey and its uses in ancient medicine, not exclusively to treating stomach ulcers, which date back long before bacterium was known about and found to be the main cause.

It was only when I researched more into the benefits of honey that I too discovered bacterium is responsible for most of our health problems.

Eating a good honey will cure us of most things and in most cases stop a lot of our illnesses ever happening.

Aristotle, Hippocrates, (Hippocratic Oath Fame) and Dioscorides recommended the use of raw honey as a natural food health source in Ancient Greece and Rome.

They recognised the benefits of eating honey for treating amongst other things nasty coughs, colds and flu like symptoms plus of course the stomach ulcer.



It has always been widely thought that stomach ulcers are due to mainly stress but this theory has been disproved.

They are caused by bacterium and eating honey can kill off those bacterium which can stop them from forming in the first place and curing them if you have one.

By increasing and eating honey more in your daily life you should not ever have to worry about getting a stomach ulcer, just one of the health benefits of honey.

I have read about a man from Russia who was suffering from severe possible terminal stomach ulcers. He hated doctors so much he stayed at home refusing to visit one and suffered.
