Bee Sting Treatment

bee-sting

Bee sting treatment sounds really painful doesn’t it? However there is much research and evidence to back up the claims.

Bee sting therapy is used for a variety of ailments including treating patients with painful conditions such as phlebitis and thrombophlebitis.

It was noted that the patients blood circulation was much improved, their skin temperature increased to a healthy level, much of their pain ceased or decreased dramatically and their movements were so much easier.

Bee sting therapy has also been used sometimes with dramatic improvement to the health of patients suffering with M.S., arthritis and rheumatic diseases.

What is Bee Sting Treatment?

Bee sting therapists are trained in this art but are very careful to test their patients for any sensitivity beforehand.

This involves an injection of a very small amount of bee venom to make sure the patient is suitable for the treatment and in rare cases there may be an allergic reaction.

Just as some people are allergic to a normal bee sting and would need to carry around with them a tablet of adrenalin. Those unfortunate enough to be allergic will not be offered this bee sting therapy.

How is Bee Sting Therapy used?

Bee sting therapists apply bee venom to specific points on the body. It can be administered in one of two ways.

Either directly by holding the bees and encouraging them to sting or alternatively (and this would be my choice) by injection using a hypodermic needle.

This is very interesting; I am a huge fan of honey and honey bees particularly the health benefits of honey and find these amazing little insects fascinating.

There appears to be no end to their capabilities to benefit us as humans. There is no way we can let these creatures go……..if they go then there is a good chance that eventually we will go too.

The new "nano bee" may not be a honey bee which we all benefit from but my goodness, the capabilities of it's bee sting therapy is quite overwhelming!

What does Bee Sting Treatment Contain?

Bee stings contain an impressive list of “good things” I have made a list for you and think you will be as impressed as I was, in fact am.

These are reputedly good for stimulating the heart and adrenal glands:

  • Apamine

  • Melitten

  • Phospholpase

  • Hyaluronidase

    Bee stings also contain:

  • Mineral substances

  • Volatile organic acids

  • Formic acid

  • Hydrochloric acid

  • Ortho-phosphoric acid

  • Antibiotics

  • An enzyme known as phospholipase A

  • Two amnio acids rich in sulphur methionine and cystine.
Sulphur is the main ingredient which helps the body fight infections.

Where’s the evidence to back up the claims
of Bee Sting Therapy?

On the 11th August 2009 a press release from researchers in the US informed the world that they had bred a new breed of bee called the “nano” bee.

This little bee has reputedly reduced the effects of many forms of cancer.

These little bees are only three millionth of an inch across in size and were used on both humans and animals to repeatedly sting breast cancer tumours and those on the skin such as melanoma.

It is the Melitten contained in the bee sting that has cancer fighting properties and appears to be a great success.

This further fact about bee sting therapy can be read below:

Professor Samuel Wickline, from the Siteman Centre of Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence at Washington University School of Medicine, said: "The nanobees fly in, land on the surface of cells and deposit their cargo of melittin which rapidly merges with the target cells.

"We've shown that the bee toxin gets taken into the cells where it pokes holes in their internal structures."

The nanobees are made of perfluorocarbon, an inert material used in artificial blood. Dr Wickline's team has been investigating their use in various medical applications, including the diagnosis and treatment of narrowed arteries and cancer.

Certainly with my affection and admiration for the health and also medical properties these little creatures are responsible for I was delighted to discover this little known previous fact of which they are responsible.

If you have benefited from Bee Sting Therapy or bee sting treatment I would love for you to contact me with your story, I and my readers would love to hear some facts to back up these new claims of which I have no doubt.
