The Beehaus Modern day
Honey Bee Hives

beehaus

Think of honey bee hives and you wouldn’t normally think beehaus! Think of Omlet and you think eggs!

But this Omlet is a clever company responsible for the beehaus which is a modern place for honey bees to hang out when it comes to honey bee hives.

Apart from this rather lovely looking bee hive Omlet can provide you with all your honey bee supplies you will need to start or extend your beekeeping business or hobby of beekeeping.

Based on the original design of the Dartington Hive which is long and deep it is probably the most efficient when it comes to honey bee hives for those who suffer with back problems.

There is a link at the bottom of the page showing you other honey bee hives and Omlets website.

Because the beehaus is quite high off the ground back sufferers will not have a lot of bending to do.

This would not be just beneficial to you, think of all the plant pollination you could help with by keeping bees to help with the pollination of yours and others honey bee gardens.

I am 5 feet 5 inches tall and the picture of me below standing next to a white bee haus will give you a better idea of the size. The dimensions of the beehaus are One meter long, just over half a meter wide and three quarters of a meter high.

I Met The Man From Omlet
and Very Charming He Is

I was lucky to have met the Man from Omlet at the National Honey Show UK in October 2009. There we are together in the photograph at the top of the page.

We had an interesting conversation about the company Omlet, honey bee hives in general and I amazingly discovered they can supply you with all your honey bee supplies also.

At one point the conversation turned to his own honey experiences, he gives his honey harvest away!

"Oh but don’t you put it on your toast?" I asked him.

He looked at me rather strangely and replied "Why would I do that?"

"Because it’s good for you" I replied

Again, rather strangely he asked "Why would I put honey on my toes?"

He had just mis-heard me mistaking toast for toes and we laughed, however I did tell him that if he ever suffers with chilblains on his toes then honey would heal them for him!

There is so much people just do not realise about the health benefits of honey and the equally good medical benefits of honey.

This is my aim on my website, to spread the word and spread the benefits of honey.

Your honey bee hives will produce the most amazing natural medicine in the form of raw honey and just in case you didn’t know this it is worth checking out how honey works by clicking here: medicinal honey.
