Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey
Helps with My
Pre-menstrual Migraines

I've been suffering from the dreaded pre-menstrual cramps we women dread each month.
But also I suffer with menstrual migraines that last for up to three days; I have had these for as long as I can remember.
The cramp usually not so much but the headache and migraines were excruciating up to a point where I have to go to my GP to get a painkiller jab.
I know it's not good but I hate to take medical leave every time I'm approaching my time of the month.
Anyway, I was looking for something natural to be a part of my weight loss program and came across your apple cider vinegar and honey information.
I thought anything is worth trying at least once so I started to take 1tbs of apple cider vinegar and one 1tbs of honey mixed together with a glass of warm water every day first thing in the morning about three weeks ago.
To my surprise, yesterday my period came without any headache at all. Plus, no stomach cramps, just a slight discomfort that often associates with heavy flow for the first few days. That's all, I’m so happy I could cry!
I am a total convert and will continue to take my special drink of apple cider vinegar and honey every single day from now on.
Jan's ReplyAzura, What a great story and great relief for you to have discovered such a simple but let’s stress the importance of the word “natural” cure for these debilitating conditions so many women suffer from each month. No wonder it’s called the monthly curse!
I hope many more ladies will feel inspired to try this combination each day. Honey has really good relaxant properties which will help those muscles relax, this may go a long way to helping relieve those awful migraines.
Thank you so much for sharing your story with us and I wish you happy, pain free “months” from now on.
Warm Regards
Jan
