Apple Cider & Honey for Sports Cramps

I have been suffering from cramps during cycle races-(I have been a competitive cyclist for about 20 years)-Last year- 2010- I started cramping while taking part in races;60km to 110 km. And I have tried everything my fellow cyclist told me to do to prevent muscular cramps.
A friend pop in to visit me - May 2011- and asked me how my cycling was - needless to say ; my answer to him was -CRAMPS And more cramps & no warning when these cramps would reduce me to pain.
Mathew-" friend- told me to try ACV & honey(I always sprinkle ACV on any salad that I eat)
I have been using this combo for 1week and the next race I took part in-NO CRAMPS- needless to say I won my bunch sprint-The bonus is - even my sinus's seem to be more clear than ever before.
NOW - only time will tell....

I wish you many long years of enjoyment with your competions when cycling, a really great way to keep fit for hobbyists too.
