What anti aging foods are there? This subject "anti aging" won’t go away will it! We ALL want anti aging advice especially when we realise we can look back over a great many years!



So are there any anti aging secrets and what about anti aging nutrients? Surley if we could have a head start we could do something about this process we tend to dread.

Honey and cinnamon are simply two of the best anti aging nutrients we can include in our sensible eating diets each day!

Don't worry about anything, yes this can be difficult at times but worrying about everything will age you quicker than anything. Everything sorts itself out eventually so why bring on the effects of aging, it just isn't worth it.

As we age we start doing things we thought silly at one time like trying on silly hats like me and my friend in the photo! I can tell you I am no different, its human nature to seek and try these things out!

Throughout my many years I have had a fascination with food, particularly anti aging foods, having been a cook for more years than I care to remember or name.

For the last 16+ years my discoveries have led me to discover the best anti aging nutrients there are, and they are all produced by the tiny little insect the honey bee!

The human aging process has fascinated people since the beginning of time. Whilst most think of human aging in terms of graying hair and wrinkling skin, the human aging process literally begins at the time of conception and continues throughout one's lifespan.

Trouble is human aging creeps up on us and almost in desperation we start to seek out the best anti aging nutrients we can possibly find which I have to say are honey and cinnamon.

Why do we have to Age?


During infancy, early childhood, adolescence and even early adulthood, the stages of aging appear to be similar when comparing individuals within the same stage.

However, by the time middle age sets in subtle physical differences begin to appear, which give some the appearance of being older than their peers in their chronological age group, while some appear to be much younger lucky things

The reason for this has less to do with the natural human aging process and more to do with environmental, emotional and physical maladies. We can slow all this down with good anti aging foods.

Though the process of aging begins before birth, most people are not concerned much with the negative effects of aging until they reach middle age.

Unfortunately, by this time patterns have been established, which affect one's vigor and overall health. It is at this time, or shortly thereafter, that skin, bone, organ and a host of chronic conditions are realized.

Usually these conditions are the result of decades of bad habits that have had a negative impact on health.
