1st Bee Sting and Swelling Gone in 5 Min From taking Bee pollen

Smoothies
My 3 year old had her first bee sting today. I give her smoothies that have bee pollen in them and even today's smoothie had bee pollen in it.
She got stung on her foot. I pulled the stinger out, and it got a little swollen, but ALL the swelling was gone within 5 minutes.
She was up and running and dancing on her foot like nothing happened. I can't help but think the bee pollen in smoothies, over the past 2 years(intermittently) has built up her immune system to deal with the bee sting so quickly! It's not a guarantee, but I feel confident it helped.
Jan's Reply Liz I am so happy to hear your little one was up and dancing in such a short time. Bee stings really do hurt, as those who have been stung know only too well.
It can be a frightening experience especially for small children.
The little bee responsible is now no more. Once they have released their sting, they die.
Using bee pollen to enhance your little girls immune system is wonderful, adding it to smoothies is a great way to use it.
I always add a little honey to sweeten our smoothies as it is a far healthier choice than sugar.
It is classed as a superfood because it is actually packed with protein, essential vitamins and minerals.
Some trials were done using small animals who were given nothing but bee pollen to eat, they were extremely healthy and some say you could exist on this alone.
However, you are doing a great job feeding your little girl with this and the obvious healthy diet she enjoys you feeding her.
I share your commitment for ensuring my children eat as healthy a diet as possible, this includes bee pollen and also my passion for honey.
Maybe you would like to read about my own invention of the
Honey Diet because you share my passion, that of healthy eating.
Thank you so much for your story Liz, many others will enjoy sharing and reading it and may your little girl continue her dancing for a very long time.
My warmest regards
Jan
